How can I pay?
India Town accepts all major credit cards, bank drafts and also Paypal payments. Your payment is processed securely by our merchant services on an encrypted connection. Your payment information is not retained on our website.

Where do you ship?
We ship most anywhere in the world. There are a few countries from which we do not accept electronic payments (due to fraud potential). If you're unable to check out due to this reason, just give us a call or email us! We'll work something out with you.
Customs and VAT charges
If you are ordering outside the United States, your country may charge you Customs, VAT and related fees due to you ordering outside your trade region. This is not included in the purchase price or shipping, and your carrier may attempt to collect these fees before delivering the package. Please review the import laws of your country before ordering if this is of concern.
Lost and Damaged Packages
In the event packages are lost or damaged, please notify us via email so we can take further action. Your package will be insured and refunds will be granted up to the cost of the merchandise (not including shipping). In the event an insurance claim is needed, you agree to comply with the requests of the carrier. Refunds will be granted after the investigation period ends and on condition that the claim is approved.
If your order was shipped to a location outside the United States, please permit up to 30 days due to customs handling time. If you do not receive your package by the 30th day, contact us within 15 days so we may take further action. Most carrier insurance requires us to wait at least 30 days before we can take action due to varying customs processing time.
