Measure the circumference of your knuckles at the widest point

Instructions for Finding Your Size
1.) Measure the circumference of your knuckles with a measuring tape (see the picture above).
2.) Divide the circumference by 3.14. You now have the diameter.
3.) Choose the bracelet that is closest to that diameter. Round up, and it's a good idea to choose a size larger for comfort.

Example: the circumference of your knuckles measures 19.79 cm. 19.79 cm divided by 3.14 equals 6.30 cm diameter. You could choose the size "2 1/2 inches (6.3 cm)" bracelet, or go a step higher (recommended for comfort).
